Campus Clean Up – Count Toward RSSW Hours – Tuesday, April 25, 2017 (rain date April 27, 2017) Pick Up Form in SS112 for Work Verification

21st Annual Campus Cleanup Day

 

Morning shift is from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Afternoon shift is from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Lunch will be served from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Campus Center ballroom on the Uptown Campus, and the cafeterias of the Downtown and Health Sciences Campuses.

If your schedule does not permit you to participate for the whole day or a complete shift, please come out an join us for an hour.

Plan to wear comfortable clothing, suitable for outside work and bring a hat and sunscreen.  Work gloves, tools, water and lemonade will be provided.

Light work assignments are available upon request.  We are seeking site supervisors who will manage volunteer check in and tool and gift distribution.

Students – participation in Cleanup Day counts towards Community Service hours!

Registration Information:

  • Go to http://www.albany.edu/cleanup/
  • Click the Signup Link on the left panel
  • Click on REGISTRATION  – CPSP Forms will also be required if you are counting toward RSSW hours- Pick Them Up in SS112 M-F 9:00am – 4:30pm
  • Enter your information in the spaces provided:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Participant Status (Student/Alumni/Staff/Faculty/Guest)
    • Department/Affiliation (if affiliated)
  • Click SAVE AND CONTINUE
  • Select your AM team by placing a checkmark next to your name in the associated AM TEAM group (one team per person)
    • If you are looking to join a PM team only, please click next without selecting an AM team
  • Click NEXT
  • Choose a lunch option by placing a checkmark next to your name in the associated LUNCH group (one lunch group per person)
  • Click NEXT
  • Select your PM team by placing a checkmark next to your name in the associated PM TEAM group (one team per person)
    • If you are looking to join an AM team only, please click save and continue without selecting a PM team
  • Click SAVE AND CONTINUE

You will receive a confirmation of your registration and an email message to the email address provided.  

Please Note: Each member of a group must register independently so we can have accurate participant counts. 

Registration will close at 5pm on Friday, April 21st
